How can I get my pictures off my Sony CyberShot camera with a Memory Stick Pro Duo without a USB cord? - hp laptop memory stick pro duo
I have an HP laptop, and has a slot, "says SD-MS/Pro-MMC-SM-XD" and a Sony Cybershot camera with a Memory Stick PRO Duo (Mark 2 also says - I do not know if it that counts?) Are they compatible? I lost my camera USB cable, and I want to transfer my pictures in any way. Or do I need an adapter? Someone to help, so I can upload my photos! Thank's =)

First check the memory of the device to ensure it has pictures.
Second, you must set the right card Sony Memory Stick Duo into your computer. Often forced to remove the adapter from my laptop and after and replace.
Third, the card reader is running on your computer. Sometimes the drivers are not installed or if the device is not connected to the PC motherboard.
Fourthly, visit your local computer store and buy an adapter for USB memory stick. They are relatively cheap and should also work.
Finally, consider getting a memory stick. I like the 512, because it is very cheap. http://www.epinions.com/reviews/Sandisk_ ...
